Conditions for collecting purchases:
All wines are stored at CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Lots may be collected by appointment AT LEAST 48 hours IN ADVANCE, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the following address:

Wines can only be collected once payment has been received and the slip has been presented with the mention "acquittée". Bottles must be inspected on site at the time of collection. No claims will be accepted once the bottles have left the storage area.
In addition to the auctioneer's costs, you will be charged :
- 1.5 euros (excl. VAT) per lot auctioned and 12 euros (excl. VAT) per management fee slip.
- Bottle storage is free up to the 31st day after the sale.
- After the 31st day, a storage fee of €10 incl. VAT/lot/month will be billed directly by SAS Artlys Patrimoine. Bottles can only be removed after payment of any storage fees.
Any month started is due.
Wooden crates, when mentioned in the description, are for information only. Under no circumstances does Artlys Patrimoine guarantee the condition of these containers.
Delivery of lots :
Les Caves de Montquartiers can deliver your stored wines (to Paris and its suburbs within 48 hours).
For any other destination, quantity or request, please contact an authorized carrier (Hillebrand......). No customs documents will be issued by Caves de Montquartiers.
We invite you to read carefully the e-mail accompanying your sales slip the day after the sale, with all the information (payment methods, storage locations, collection conditions, storage contact and carrier contact).
