The withdrawal of lots is possible by appointment from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the following address

The removal of your purchases after payment, must be done as soon as possible to reduce storage costs.
The removal of the wines will be done only after payment and total collection of the slip and on presentation of this one with the acquitted mention. The control of the bottles will have to be done on the spot during the removal. No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage place.
The storage of the bottles is free of charge until the 31st day after the sale.
You will be charged 1 euro (excluding VAT) per lot for management costs at the time of the auction, in addition to the fees. Beyond that date, storage fees of 3 € excl. tax/lot/month will be invoiced directly to you. The bottles can only be removed after payment of the storage fees.
