Withdrawal of goods :
Conditions of withdrawal of purchases:all wines are stored at the CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux.The withdrawal of lots is possible by appointment from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the following address

The removal of the wines will be done only after payment and total collection of the slip and on presentation of it with the mention paid. The control of the bottles will have to be done on the spot during the removal. No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage place.
The storage of the bottles is free of charge until the 31st day after the sale.
You will be charged 1 euro (excl. tax) per lot for management fees at the time of the auction, in addition to the28% tax-inclusivefee. Beyond that, storage costs of 3 € excl. tax / lot / month will be invoiced directly to you. Bottles can only be collected after payment of any storage fees.

Les Caves de Montquartiers are able to deliver your stored wines (in Paris and close suburbs within 48 hours).
For any other destination, quantity or request, please contact an authorized carrier (Hillebrand......). No customs document will be issued by the Caves de Montquartier
