Special conditions for the purchase of category C weapons subject to declaration

The purchase of the weapons of categories C subjected to declarations, the purchaser must provide an identity paper and a valid hunting license of the year (or of the previous year) or a shooting license in the course of validity (or of the previous year).

The delivery of category C weapons will only be done after consultation of the FINIADA file (National file of prohibited acquisition and possession of weapons). The buyer will be charged a fee of 30 € HT for consulting the file.

The registration of the buyer of a category C weapon in the FINIADA file will automatically lead to the nullity of the sale.

The signature of the police book by the buyer as well as the establishment of a CERFA is mandatory.
