The attributions made in the sales catalogues have been established taking into account the scientific and artistic knowledge at the date of sale. The order of the catalogue may be modified. A preliminary exhibition allowing the buyers to see the state of the goods put up for sale, no claim will be accepted once the auction has been pronounced. The indications given by MIRABAUD-MERCIER on the existence of restoration, accident or incident affecting the lot are expressed to facilitate its inspection by the potential buyer and remain subject to his personal appreciation or that of his expert. The absence of any indication of a restoration or accident in the catalogue, or verbally, does not imply that a property is free of any present, past or repaired defect, it being specified that restorations of use and reinstallations are considered to be protective measures that do not lead to depreciation. The mention of any defect does not imply the absence of any other defects. The dimensions are given for information only. The condition of the frames is not guaranteed. The reproductions in the catalogues of the works are as faithful as possible, a difference in colour or tone is nevertheless possible. Any changes to the conditions of sale or catalogue descriptions will be announced verbally during the sale and noted on the minutes. An indication in euros of the estimated selling price is given after each lot, or on an annexed continuation. The auction price resulting from the bids may vary, of course, more or less than this estimate. In accordance with the provisions of Article L

321.7 of the French Commercial Code, MIRABAUD-MERCIER's liability action is time-barred after five years from the date of the auction.

Shopping

The furniture, paintings and objects sold that have not been removed by their buyers the day after the sale before 10:00 a.m. in the auction room at Drouot Richelieu will be stored in the 3rd basement of the Hotel Drouot:

All storage costs due to the tariff conditions in force will have to be paid at the Hôtel Drouot warehouse before the lots are removed and on presentation of the paid slip.

The shopping service is charged according to the following scale: Administration fee per batch including tax: 5€ (Administration fee is capped at 50€ including tax per withdrawal).

Storage and insurance costs per batch, including all taxes:

- 1€ /day, the first 4 working days

- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 20€ / day, from the 5th working day, depending on the nature of the lot*.

A 50% reduction in storage costs is granted for foreign customers and provincial merchants, upon proof of payment.

No lot will be delivered before full payment of the sums due and presentation of the paid slip and/or sales label. Any item/lot that is not withdrawn from the Storage Department within one year of its entry into storage will be deemed abandoned and its ownership transferred to Drouot as a guarantee to cover storage fees.

* Are considered :

Very small: jewellery, books, unframed works on paper, lots with a volume of less than 0.10 m3 and less than 10 kg.

Small: tables measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, batches with a volume of less than 0.10m3 and weighing between 10 kg and 20 kg, batches with a volume of between 0.10m3 and 0.50 m3 and weighing less than 20 kg

Means: tables measuring more than 1.5 x 1.5 m, batches with a volume of less than 0.50 m3 and a weight of between 20 and 50 kg, batches with a volume of between 0.50 m3 and 2 m3 and a weight of less than 50 kg

Large: batches weighing more than 50 kg, batches with a volume of more than 2m3, furniture sets, etc.
